A Fit Harvey Would Have Loved This…

So here I am, sitting on top of Windy Hill, Muirshiel Park, photo taken by WeirRunner during our run this morning. It was just what I needed, a good hours running, but only 6 miles covered due to the terrain.

I really enjoyed this, and my trail shoes have had a full on christening, as I found myself knee deep in the bog at least three times!  It was very different running on predominantly non-paths, and I really felt my legs working hard over the comparatively short distance.

Less than 1 week to go, and time to start taking it really easy. What a great run to finish with though!

As for Harvey, he’s still wearing the Doctor Who costume, and must do so until at least next Friday. He’s fed up, looks like he won’t be able to run any of the WHWR with me and, as I said, he would have loved this today… I want my boy back!

    how could you!
    i hope the boy gets on the mend pretty quickly..it’s amazing how attached to them you become and then theyre not there and you realise how much you miss them
